Sachin Sharma

I started at Ambedkar DSEU, Shakarpur with a Diploma in Computer Science (CGPA 9.22), then took a lateral entry into the B.Tech Computer Science and Technology program at Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology (MAIT), where I'm currently at a 9.08 CGPA. In between, I did a Software Development internship at Kushal Aide (May-Jun 2024), building the mobile side of a peer-to-peer handwritten-assignment platform on Flutter and Firebase — my first real production codebase.

In July 2025 I joined ESPO as a Frontend Developer Intern, building reusable Flutter UI components. By September 2025 — under two months in — I was promoted to Software Developer Intern, leading mobile feature development for ESPO's Android and iOS apps and working directly with design and product teams on scalable UI architecture, through May 2026.

Since July 2026 I've been working directly with a family-run business conglomerate in Chhattisgarh — ₹150 Cr+ revenue across automobile, retail, and real estate — who found my work through organic Google search. I architected and built a multi-tenant dealership management platform from scratch for their 5-brand, 8-outlet two-wheeler dealership vertical, plus their brand website, replacing a manual paper-based process with a single real-time digital pipeline that cut lead-to-delivery turnaround from 2 weeks to 4 days.

Outside of paid work I build my own products end-to-end: Loopin (a focus-loop productivity tracker), Legease (an AI-assisted legal document analyzer), and Aashwasan (an offline-first mental wellness app) — all real, shipped Flutter/React codebases, not tutorials. I've also been a hackathon finalist three times: Code Kshetra 2.0 (Feb 2025), Level Supermind Hackathon (Jan 2025), and DTU Brainwave Hackathon (Sep 2024).

I care more about whether something ships and holds up in production than about how impressive the demo looks. That mindset — ownership over the whole problem, not just the code — is what got me promoted at ESPO in under two months, and it's how I approach every project I take on.
